Dear Mr President,
Your duty as leader of the United States is to protect your citizens from unnecessary harm. This photograph shows a sound sculpture which plays back recorded interviews with victims of gun violence.
One interviewer witnessed wrongful deaths from negligence and poorly designed training exercises while serving in our army and stationed within our own borders. The other witnessed countless acts of gun violence growing up in a dangerous neighborhood.
What are you going to do to ensure that individuals receive the proper background checks and training needed to keep our country and fellow citizen safe?
